Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for counselors working toward LPC licensure in Pennsylvania.
My supervision style is integrative, relational, and developmental. I draw from Person-Centered Supervision, the Integrated Developmental Model, the Discrimination Model, and systemic perspectives to tailor supervision to the clinician’s level of experience, confidence, and professional goals.
Supervision may include support with case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethics and boundaries, risk assessment, transference and countertransference, clinical confidence, professional identity, burnout, and complex client situations.
My goal is not to shape supervisees into clinicians who practice exactly as I do. It is to help them become thoughtful, ethical, confident clinicians who develop their own professional voice.

What You Can Expect
You can expect a collaborative, practical approach grounded in real-world clinical practice.
I value honest discussion, thoughtful questioning, and creating enough space to look at situations from more than one angle. At times, that may mean teaching or offering a direct recommendation. At other times, it may mean slowing down, asking questions, and helping you work through your own clinical reasoning.
The goal is clarity, stronger decision-making, and professional growth - not simply being told what to do.R
